Our Activity

PanciWorks leases and operates dedicated servers hosting decentralized privacy infrastructure nodes across 8+ global regions. Each server is secured, monitored and kept up-to-date, with a strict Acceptable Use Policy to prevent any misuse.

We handle all compliance requirements—AUP and privacy controls— so our hosts and partners can be confident in both our reliability and legality.

Acceptable Use Policy & Privacy

PanciWorks-hosted nodes must never be used to:

  • Distribute child-abuse material, malware, phishing or any illicit content.
  • Facilitate unsolicited bulk spam (email, SMS) or harvesting of personal data.
  • Launch network attacks (DDoS, port scans, vulnerability probes).
  • Run exit-node services (e.g. Tor) or proxies that enable unfiltered, illegal traffic.
  • Mine cryptocurrency beyond normal node operation requirements.
  • Circumvent any logging, firewall or monitoring controls.

Any violation will result in immediate suspension of the affected node(s). We cooperate fully with law enforcement if criminal activity is detected.

We record only session metadata for troubleshooting:

  • Session ID
  • Country
  • Connection start & end timestamps
  • Data volumes transferred

Logs are stored for 7 days then automatically purged. We never log payload data, destination URLs, DNS queries or any personally identifying information.
